Our flagship. Teams in the top divisions of the Ottawa-Carleton Soccer League and the East Region Soccer League. Structured training, league play, and cup competitions with an emphasis on technical development and match intelligence.
Weekly training Tuesday evenings at 6 or 7 PM with an optional Thursday game day. Skill-building, scrimmages, and match play in a supportive environment. Runs at Plant Recreation Centre (Plouffe Park) and Cambridge Public School.
Technical sessions between team practices — first touch, finishing, 1v1, decision-making. Tailored to the player, delivered by St. Anthony coaches.
